Distance Sale Contract

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the member from the website www.damaskinohome.com owned by the Seller.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the www.emakuruyemis.com.tr website is true and correct before the law, and that the Seller will compensate for all damages it may incur due to the untruthfulness of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password given to it by the Seller to other persons or organizations, and the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, the Seller reserves all liabilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be made against the Seller by third parties or authorized authorities, and all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from the unauthorized use in question.

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.damaskinohome.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.4. 3.6. The Seller shall not be responsible for the reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for the damages that may occur to the member's software and data. The Member has accepted in advance not to claim compensation from the Seller for any damages that may be incurred due to the use of the www.damaskinohome.com website.

3.7. The Member has accepted not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal liabilities arising from this shall be entirely the responsibility of the Member.

3.8. The Member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally and legally responsible for this violation and shall hold the Seller harmless from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. In addition; if the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, the Seller reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member due to non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. The Seller always has the right to unilaterally delete the Member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, the Seller has no responsibility. 

3.10. www.damaskinohome.com website software and design are owned by the Seller, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. The name of the Internet service provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the site, the date and time the Site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the Internet address of the Web site that provides direct connection to the site may be collected by the Seller for the purpose of improving and developing the www.damaskinohome.com website and/or within the framework of legal legislation.

3.12. The Seller may collect the Member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or (a) to act in accordance with legal requirements or to comply with legal processes served on the Seller; (b) It may disclose in cases where it is deemed necessary in good faith to protect and defend the rights and property of the Member and the www.damaskinohome.com website family.

Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this agreement.

The member's registration as a member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and has accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the member becomes a member.

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with all products purchased from our store. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we offer the following return policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused/unopened condition.

Returns are made within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item with the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Perishable items such as baked goods or items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Custom or special orders cannot be returned once production has begun. Standard items can be returned/exchanged within the above timeframe.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a return/exchange or refund.

Please contact our support team within the appropriate return period to initiate a return. They will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
