Return & Refunds

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with any products purchased from our store. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused/unopened condition.

Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Perishable items like baked goods or items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

Custom or specialty orders are non-refundable once production begins. Standard items can be returned/exchanged within the timeframe above.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days to arrange a return/exchange or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the eligible return period. They will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.
